Rytech Restoration of Central FL

Ryan from Rytech came out the day after we found a small leak that had been leaking for a while into my daughter room. He believed he recognized some mold. He was a really nice guy. I felt like he knew what he was talking about. He mapped the water damage on a graph paper. He spent a lot of time at my house explaining everything. He asked me to call my insurance to get a claim# to attach to the quote he would be sending. We told him we may pay cash for the repairs depending on how much it would be. He stated they give a cash discount. A couple days later, I emailed, texted and left a message touching base in regards to the quote. I called Rytech the next day and the receptionist said she would send him a message. I waited 4 days for this man to get back to me. I never heard back from him or anyone else. I wasted presious time waiting for him. I could have had someone else come out and we could have been days ahead. Very disappointed!!!

Matt was great! He showed up on a holiday evening and began his dry-out process. He was professional, timely and would highly recommend Rytech!

Rytech did an absolutely outstanding job with my water mitigation. From the moment they arrived, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. They explained every step of the process, worked quickly, and made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. Their attention to detail and care for my home was impressive, and they made sure everything was thoroughly dried and handled correctly. The crew was courteous, respectful, and clearly takes pride in their work. I’m extremely grateful for their help and would highly recommend Rytech to anyone dealing with water damage. Truly top-notch service!

We experienced a slab leak at our house in Tampa, Florida almost 2 weeks ago. We were fortunate enough to have Mosein dispatched by Rytech to our house and he did a tremendous job in cleaning up and drying out the mess. We are both in our 70’s and Mosein made sure that the damage was minimized, the floors and walls were dried out, and that there was nothing else that we needed. He is a real professional, and more importantly, a caring individual who prioritized us, and made us feel like we were his only customer, yet I know that he was successfully juggling two or three other jobs. His professionalism and care reflects very positively on the staff, management, and owners of this organization!

Staff was very friendly, punctual and did a great job of communicating throughout the entire process. Dani and Moses were awesome! They really went above and beyond. I am a neat freak and sometimes hard to please. Having my whole house torn apart would usually have me in tears but they really did a good job at keeping everything clean and organized. They made me feel confident that the job was done right and I had nothing to worry about. Our dog thinks of them as family now! Definitely recommend!
